I had a great experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the Lataguri market. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had an attic bed which my daughter loved.

All was well, no improvements needed.

The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms that even had balconies. Additionally, the location was ideal, situated just 3 km away from the bustling Lataguri market.

The only minor downside was the occasional noise from passing vehicles.

I had an incredible stay at Reserve Gorumara! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the national park. The manager, Mr. Shibaji Roy, was extremely helpful and arranged a fantastic tour guide for our safari. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the authentic Bengali cuisine. Despite the cold weather, the staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

The hotel had great transportation options to nearby attractions, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the cleanliness was impressive. The hotel facilities were also up to western standards.

Great food and clean rooms. The staff are very friendly. It's close to the national park and on the main road, so it's easy to find. The manager was very helpful with the tour plan and arranging tickets.

We didn't have a good Christmas experience. The room was very cold and there was no heater, which made it difficult for us to sleep.

Complementary chai and snacks in the evening were a nice touch, as was the free toiletry kit. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring nearby nature sites. the large swimming pool was a definite highlight and made for a refreshing dip after a long day of business meetings.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected during my business trip. the air conditioning in my room was a bit too noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night.

I especially loved the room with an attic bed, which my daughter adored. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a short distance from Lataguri market, was very convenient.

The location of this resort is a bit far from the railway station but it's near to the main attractions of the area. Rooms are well-maintained with luxurious amenities. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is great.

The car service provided by their front desk need some serious improvement as it put us in a dangerous situation by taking us through an isolated route during the night.
